Straight forward - Submit resume, pass phone screening, followed by an in person interview. Its not the quickest process, generally about one week break between each step. I would apply to another position if the opportunity presented itself.

applied, got a interview set up. met with two gentlemen. got denied a few days. One of the two men didn't seem that engaged in me from the start. I suspect had my hue been a bit lighter Id have moved on in the process. But this is Seattle where racism is hidden in plain sight

Entrevista
Very professional. Conducted interview over phone with its recruiter, and a few days later we had the first formal interview. Was told to expect a hour, but it was right around 30 minutes. Gave me time to ask questions at the end and provided me with a couple leadership books to read to prep for the role, if hired.

Entrevista
Pretty straight forward. Prescreen then in person interview on site. Questions were style around management and how you deal with people and situations. They went over the job description as well and briefly described job duties. They went over hours and show time.
