Set up a phone interview via e-mail, the lady had many questions pertinent to the job qualifications and regarding my experience in past employment. She was courteous and honest, and gave a general salary base for the job posted.

Very laid back. Hiring manager offered me coffee. Told me about the job. Asked me three questions. I asked four questions. We were on our way. I waited to get a call back.

Went to the facility for an initial interview. Was given a complete tour of the site. There’s more to a landfill than meets the eye. Found it to be very interesting.

Phone interview was okay. It was definately different than face to face. Kind of impersonal. I think I was just nervous because I've never done a phone interview with recorded messaging , I would have rather spoke to a real person. In person preferably.
