I had an initial call on the job details, general company information, how their processes worked, then the hiring manager set up a phone interview. I had the phone interview a week later, and then an in person interview three weeks later because of my schedule with the holidays. The in-person interview included two individuals, the hiring manager and another marketer in the office. I had an offer pretty quickly and started work within a couple of weeks.
