Disjointed. Several staff came in and left during interview. I was left sitting alone for several minutes while staff coordinated the process. Some interviewers didn't know I would be interviewed that day. Operations manager made a point of saying the company doesn't drug test. One interviewer chose to trash talk another after that person had left.
