First a phone interview from HR, next a one-on-one interview with the Area manager, then a final interview (in phone or in person) with the District Manager. The entire process shouldn't take more than two weeks to know if you are hired or not.

The interviewers were 15 minutes late. I could hear them laughing behind the doors and figured their last session was going longer than expected. I had arrived 10 minutes early, so had spent a total of 25 minutes waiting. I was just about to leave when the Regional Manager stepped out of the room and feigned shock that I had been waiting - blamed the front desk staff. First red flag. He should have come out to check instead of his fun session inside.
The second red flag was during the interview. The men were all young and seemed extremely inexperienced. They asked questions unrelated to inventory management and seemed genuinely uncertain how to conduct an interview.
The third red flag was when they told me that women didn't really work in their field. Inappropriate. I wish I had called them on it.
Conclusion: the workplace vine they try to sell you on is crap, the hours are unstable and the salary isn't what a manager should be making.
Walk away from this organization. Or run.

As a woman, would you be able to handle men who may not feel that this is an industry where women should work?

HR called first, mainly asked about knowledge about the inventory industry, people managing experience including hiring, and hobbies.
2nd run I was asked in an email by the District Manager, 2 levels higher than my position, to go to a retailer they are working to meet with an area manager who is 1 level higher than mine. Basically he introduced what they are doing with all the counters working there. Asked me about the inventory experience, why interested.
And then I was told I was hired, started talking about salary and procedure, and was later asked to meet with my direct supervisor for paper work.

Unprofessional. It took months to get from 1st interview to final interview and probably won't hire if your current salary is high. Do yourself a favor don't apply here. When I got an interview, I was told it was because 2 Managers in training quit right away. They overlooked my resume and a lot of miscommunication from HR to Division Managers. Interview went good, she was showing me how job was done, introduced me to the staff.. I felt I got the job.. a few days later, HR told me I didn't get the job and was told to keep looking.. So Please Read the reviews and take it from there. Don't waste your precious time
