Two interviews and one assessment. Initial interview to gauge my general fit followed by two senior staff who each were looking for candidate. After the interview, a technical assessment was shared. They also emailed and obtained references. I was not offered the job and when asked what was the feedback, they said that I did not giv enough examples. However, I felt more qualified than the ladies interviewing me who didn't even know the budget of their projects. Not impressed and thought their feedback was not fitting.

The HR representative who interviewed me was extremely professional, prompt and provided detailed feedback. There was an initial interview with the HR representative and then a technical assessment. I was not selected for further interview but was delighted to get detailed feedback. I had a different perspective from the perspective received from the feedback but that is totally okay and I truly appreciate the attention to details from the entire team.
