Was contacted by the recruiter and went trough a phone screen. I was originally contacted for another position I was qualified for, which was a Senior Learning Consultant. I interviewed for that and was told they want someone with more experieince. The recruiter sent me another note saying the team were impresseded by me and that I would be a strong candidate for the Instructional Designer role. I interviewed with one of the executive team members and the fist thing she said was did they tell you who I am? (In a very arrogant tone) She then asked me over and over can you do this job, I explained after each time what I have done in the past. She never asked me if I had any questions at any point and time during the interview. She was more interested in playing with her dog who was on camera. Very poor experieince and I would not want to work under leadership who is so arrogant. I work for a VP now and she is wonderful- She doesn't throw around her title around- EVER.
