The process was fine, however, the securities attorney that interviewed me came off as incredibly rude, and way too intense. He told me I should expect to work 12-14 hour days regularly (big turn-off). Furthermore, the current GC has a bad reputation in the legal community as being incredibly strict, old school, and unwilling to change and adjust with the times (i.e., is not understanding of work-life balance, does not allow remote work, and is not encouraging of life outside of the office).
