After applying to several jobs at WEP, I realized they send these out for any job you apply for. The process takes at least 20-30 minutes, but it can take more if you write out longer answers. This is honestly a waste of candidates time. They’re AI screening questions. Pretty indicative of how the company would treat their employees once hired after reading reviews.
