Two levels of screening. HR & technical . They needed to know regarding my goals and ambitions and whether i understood the organization or not. Overall experience was quiet smooth and quick.

HR department does a wonderful job of handling interview process. Initial screening telephone interview followed by a one on one and panel interview with people you may be working with. Timely feedback each step of the way on where you stand
