They put you through one round of over-the-phone interviews. If you pass this round, they will connect you to a series of super-day interviews with several teams that are most suited to your skills/experience.

Questions were very team-dependent. If they are working on an ML model, they ask if you have ML experience. If they are working on defect characterization, they will ask about your previous experience in characterization methods (AFM, SEM, etc).
