Interviewed with 6 people across IT PMO and it took approx. 3 months . The last few interviews were with a team in M&A who wanted a PM resource. No face to face meetings were held because as it turned out the exec. in Corporate Strategy, M&A who needed the resource lacked the qualifying skills for this area. he avoided the consultant interview face to face meetings. Please beware and ask questions in the interview process. This company makes haphazard decisions primarily as a result of this problem.
