A pre interview test is emailed. There's a mcq personality test, which has around 30 questions. There's a case scenario and 3 questions about it, it is time based, so practice typing. If that is cleared by the Interviewers, you get an interview call. Interview is- Tedious Very extensive Repetitive questions were asked in a tricky way eg- your strengths, skills why are you an ideal candidate, your work style, how do you handle conflict, why you want this role etc...
