I applied on LinkedIn and got an e-mail that same day inviting me in for an in-person, 15 minute screening interview a few days later. After the screening interview, I got a call 2 hours later inviting me in to a longer in-person interview, the next morning. That next morning's interview included 2, individual meetings with team members. I was offered the job that evening. Positives: - Really nice people on the team, easy conversation; the people do not try to intimidate you or scare you away - they are incredibly welcoming and friendly. - Professional environment - Very laid back interview, which made me feel very comfortable during the whole process (we went to a coffee shop) - The interviewers are good at talking about/selling the company - The interviewers are very transparent on benefits/salary/culture, etc. Negatives: - You show up for your interview and sit in a waiting room with 10+ others interviewing for the same role at the same time, which is awkward. It doesn't make you feel unique or valued in any way, and you sit waiting for 10-20 minutes while people come/go from interviews. - There is a really quick turnaround on interviews (12 hours between my screening interview and my in-person, which did not give adequate time to prepare for the interview) - It felt more like a sales pitch than an interview - There is no offer letter provided to review when you are offered the position. Rather, you are required to come back again to a 2 hour, in-person orientation, where after you learn about the company you must sign the paperwork and accept/decline then and there - this does not give you enough time to fully review the documentation, the offer/benefits packages, etc. in your own time. This may make people at orientation feel rushed to make a decision.

Interview was mostly trying to get anyone they can to work in the company. I didn't like it because there's several job openings with different names but all for the same position, which is sales.
