Unprofessional and shady interview process. The recruiter had asked for submission of an assignment, but after the submission, there was no follow-up or interview round scheduled for discussion. The process felt more like an exercise in collecting ideas and insights than a genuine interview process. Applied for a Head of Partnerships role and was asked to complete an assignment after the recruiter screening call, with the understanding that it would be discussed in the next round with the hiring manager. The recruiter mentioned the interview would be scheduled within two days of submission. However, after submitting the assignment, there was no communication for nearly two weeks despite multiple follow-ups. Eventually, I was informed that the team would not be moving forward with my application without even discussing the assignment submitted as part of the process.
