Entrevista
Written test of 60 questions within 60mins (+1 for right answer, -0.5 for every wrong answer).
Result declaration on the same day.
Next day interview for shortlisted candidates.
15 mins average interviewing time.
6 to 8 people interviewed for each civil engineering candidate.
Good behaviour of the selection committee.
Technical + general behaviour testing questions.
