Two design heads held the interview. One of the interviewers is very nice and professional. The other one was pretty much straight-up rude. Rolling her eyes none stop no matter who is talking. Overall it was a pretty smooth experience, and I can feel their commitment to finding the right person to fit the position. However, from our conversation and the agency culture, I understand that they do not value any skills or talent outside of UI design, not even UX.
