I was called up for an interview the day after I submitted my application. I met with several engineers and project managers who did a quick review of my qualifications and asked what type of work I was looking for. It was a long interview but it felt more like a conversation and they spent more time talking about the company than my qualification . Everyone was very friendly and I even got to speak with the owner of the firm which was a nice touch as the position I interviewed for wasn't nearly as important. It honestly felt as if I was hired on the spot.
