Two-part interview: The first interview was about an hour with two senior team members on the content team. They asked the typical scenario interview questions to get an idea of my work ethics and emotional intelligence. They also briefly went over what my role would be as a content specialist. The second part of the interview was a one on one with the content manager. Although he was a very cool, funny guy who was easy to talk to, he did not take it easy on me. After some normal interview conversation he asked about 12-15 riddle/brain teaser questions to test my logic, ranging from easy to hard in difficulty. Luckily I did well, but could definitely see it being a nightmare for some who crack under intimidation or pressure. This portion of the interview took a little over 2 hours, making it a total of 3 hours.
