I had applied for Android Technical Lead & there were 3 rounds of interview : 1. Online test - little bit tricky 2. Telephonic 3. F2F technical In f2f round of interview, Sr Software Engineer, quite young & who stammers little bit, at VuClip, Pune, interviewed me. He was so confused about questions and was showing lack of experience and may be lack of knowledge. For example, 1. He was not aware about collections added in Android but not in JDK, 2. He asked me to write down on paper, exact code snippet with correct syntax, for Content Provider, He also added that he will not accept sudo code. WTF. How someone can expect syntax corrected code in interview on paper ? 3. He asked me java DS questions like in detail comparison about HashMap, TreeMap, LinkedHashMap, which I explained them all very well. Apart from writing ContentProvider code, I did answer each and every question. But my point of contact person told me that I did not clear F2F round of interview. Why VUClip is wasting time of candidates with such fool interviewers? Very disappointed.
