I applied to the position online and answered the questions. The issue is they have so many locked fields that require an answer and two of those are illegal as California law strictly prohibits employers from asking salary questions and in order to apply, you had to enter information into two salary fields. After a little over a week I logged in to check the status and discovered that my application had been removed and that the company was no longer hiring as all potential positions were removed.
