20 minute phone screen with recruiter. Very basic, generic questions were asked. None that really spoke to my experience or ability to perform the duties of the role I was applying for. Received rejection letter the next week. I immediately replied to ask for feedback but my email was kicked back through jobvite. Felt a little aggressively snubbed. Don't think I received a fair shot but such is life!
