Initial phone interview which discussed the company and what the job role entails which then moved on to learning more about what skills I used day-to-day. A homework assignment followed. After turning it in, a sit down interview was scheduled. During the sit-down interview, they explained the company mission and their hiring goal for this developer position. We then went over the home work assignment and had some brief high-level JavaScript questions.
