Company located in TLV but building is some reconstruction of live building and now it is some kind of office.I and 2 my friends was at interview in this company. And always it begin same. First you have language quiz should put in the sentence right words. Secretary said that i have 3 hour total on this interview so i not hurry think well what put in each field. After she give me program test. I read it try and try to make answer. Than in room burst programmer (i think it is team lead) he was dressed in swimming shorts & flip-flops, after when he sit down he just put off flip-flops i understand it is hot weather but we on interview or at the sea????He was rude ask why i still nothing write on pc ? how i should resolve task? Give me answer right NOW! What should be data structure to solve the task!!!! But i was need more time without so pressure. I asked some time to think but he give me just 5minutes and get out. Of course nothing clever i cant decide in that stress. So when he come i cant give well answer and he defiantly give me hand say "GOOD BYE!" and defiantly put my CV in shredder. It was most trash interview in my life. But my friends was not meet with this guy at their interview they just was tested by pc. I happy that i figure out what person was that team lead. Now you know too. I think work with that guy nightmare. And very surprise to know that no body write review how work in VOXER on glassdor before.
