Initial one hour phone interview - visa vee a staffing agency. Passed to another regional finance head with a phone conversation then refereed to his subordinate who then said he would recommend me fot the positon. I was promptly ghosted by that individual then again apprachec by the same individual from the same staffing agency. Their pracices ar uncouth , unprofessional and just a waste of eveyone's time the pracice is daunting and the bad behavior institutionalized .... imagine working for them
