Aptitude tests and 3 to 4 interviews with different levels of management and colleagues very kind HR team and good support in general good working environment always looking to become better in terms of operations agile-based work environment would recommend.

My interactions with the HR person and the hiring managers who interviewed me were very positive. They were welcoming and they put the interviewee at ease while asking their questions. Unfortunately, the overall process was terrible. Very unprofessional. They decided to ignore the application. They never responded to emails or phone calls. I think Vortex/HR forgets that a job candidate invests hours and hours in preparation besides the face-to-face interviews and commute. I think they forgets that a job candidate deserves the dignity of at least a negative answer. Vortex is a successful company and my personal experience might not be a reflection of how they treat all applications. I encourage you to apply but be clear with them on respond-by dates.
