Goal this year? Call EVERY single toxic company out who treats candidates who are extremely talented, like they’re disposable and useless. In my entire decade career, I have never experienced a more awful recruiter than I did with this company. She had no communication with me, would send me stuff at the last minute, I would always be the one to have to follow up with her, and she would completely ghost me for weeks on end without any updates on this job. Mind you, I started interviewing for this position back in summer 2025, it is now December and the position has not been filled. They wasted my time with 4-5 interviews and no decisions made, then they changed their mind last minute and told me I could be considered for another position at a later time. That’s only WHEN I followed up with them. Please let go of your recruiter here because she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Not to mention, I then get a call from the hiring manager that I am still being considered, so they ask for my availability for yet another interview, and then the recruiter NEVER responds to me. Like what is going on??? This company will fail if they continue to treat talented people like this who can do the JD at hand in their sleep. Y’all don’t know what you want and you’re too afraid to give people a chance to show you how good they actually are. I will never apply for another job here again and I’m so upset I wasted all this time with this useless company. What a joke. Treat people better please and COMMUNICATE. It isn’t rocket science.
