      The interview process was very smooth. Kenza explained everything very well before every round. She was very helpful in answering all my queries. The first was the HR interview wherein general questions were asked about my background and qualifications. I was then given a test. The third step was a case study after which I had my manager interview. The final round was with the VP of growth where I was asked questions about the mobile gaming industry in general and my knowledge was put to test.

      What started as a hyper-casual interview process for this hyper-casual mobile gaming company, quickly ended up becoming very serious, at the hands of the recruiter which was very stressed and pushy throughout the whole process. For a Social Media position they demand high logical skills in their entry test, that I've only seen in entry tests at medicine faculties and honestly have little to nothing to do with the job itself or their product. After that, you complete a fairly demanding technical task which is thankfully in line with the job position, yet it pushes you really hard to give ideas of content that could go viral... Not knowing that you cannot plan for that to happen, it simply happens and anyway going viral can't compete with years of content strategy to get to your target audience. Nevermind. All of this work and pressure to get a long, copy-pasted email from the recruiter to just say that regrettably, you weren't chosen. No feedback at all. Not even after you reply to the email asking for feedback in order to learn and evolve. All this to say that overall, I'm thankful to not have been chosen.

      Une entreprise qui demande aux candidats de préparer un tas de cas pratiques et de leur fournir des idées et des exemples créatifs pour des pub de leurs jeux avant meme de passer un 1er entretien : ou comment faire travailler des gens gratuitement à la place de leurs salariés. J'ai passé un entretien pour un des deux postes auxquels j'ai postulé. La RH m'a fait une remarque très raciste et déplacée sur mon accent, elle est aussi arrivée en retard lors du 1er entretien, et m'a carrément oubliée lors du 2nd entretien. Pour au final me donner une réponse non favorable sans aucune explication constructive à part "réponses correctes dans le test mais on s'attend à encore plus" sans aucun détail ou information supplémentaire. Déjà que cette boite a une très mauvaise réputation souvent décrite comme un environment de travail toxique, meme ses représentants RH sont incompétents, sans parler de leurs processus d'embauche toxique et leurs pratiques de mauvaise foi.
