Just asked basic behavioral questions to make sure I had a bubbly "Starbucks" attitude, checked my availability and school schedule and how soon I would be able to start. If you are offered a drug test, and you pass you have the job.

Applied for the instore barista position, but when I was interviewed it was not at all for a barista. It was very uncomfortable and hard to get a chance to say "hey this isn't the job I applied for"

Asked about my background and I only got up to introducing myself before getting quickly dismissed because I only wanted a summer temp job, which was not specified on the job application. They wanted me to stay for 3 months for training and I was leaving for college in 3 months.
