Very incompetent recruiter for this position based out of Atlanta. She got in touch with me on LinkedIn and sent me a 90 minute codility test which I answered successfully and was invited to a phone interview. In the phone interview she asked me if I was well versed with Python which I didn't list on my resume anyway and hung up saying the hiring manager wants someone with Python experience.
This filtering could have been done prior to sending me a 90 minute test and just tells me how incompetent she really is that she never bothered to even look at my resume beforehand.
Just avoid this company and the recruiter. Very unprofessional.

Applied online, recruiter scheduled a brief phone screen. Received a coding challenge and then spoken to the hiring manager. Scheduled for a virtual onsite interview and then all of a sudden hiring manager said we are looking for a different candidate. This is just unacceptable behavior
