There was a phone screening with the hiring manager. It was followed by an in person interview. Lastly there was a ride along with current employees. For the ride along it was required that you make a powerpoint about yourself, but they indicated it was to "show your personality" as opposed to being a professionally appearing document.

Had an initial quick phone call followed by an in person interview in the office. After that was offered a chance to shadow an employee in the role I was applying for for the day. Did not receive an offer following shadow day.
