It really quick and tested my technical and drafting knowledge. Its a recruitment process held by VOLVO in chennai. First round of inter view done with my direct manager and the second round happened with design head. both went well and fine. t took just half a day and the result was said on spot.

There was telephonic interview then 2 rounds of personal interview then HR interview . Salary negotiation were on the phones. The personal interview may be with Technical manager and other team members and then HR interview can be more with the personal questions.

The interview was based on the previous experience with more on the processes. more on the persona side. How do find suitable for the job etc. some may get personality tests, psychometric tests etc depend on your role and requirement of the jobs.
