Applied online for an unspecified intern position. Got called contacted by email after 30 days or so. Went to a assessment day together with 5 other people. Group presentation and 1:1 interviews. Got the call back after 15 days.

No real technical questions. They revolved around academic background, personal traits and leadership skills. Me having completed military service was a big pro.
