First Telephone Interview. After three weeks got email for second round of Onsite interview. The onsite interview was spread over entire day. It consisted of seven meeting one on one with HR manager, R&D Manager, CTO, Chief Scientist (Former founder President), Three Senior chemists and then with other researcher working in R&D lab. One hour long presentation. Lab Tour was given. Went smooth. Waiting for update. No offer onsite.
