Applied via LinkedIn through an agency posting the role and within 24 hours for an initial phone screening. My information was then presented to the Talent Acquisition Manager at Vology within 2 days of the initial phone screening. Quickly scheduled a phone screen with the TAM and feedback was presented to the CIO within 24 hours with feedback provided to schedule a follow up interview. A short, but direct interview with the CIO to discuss my background, goals, passions, and how my experiences would align with Vology goals. Overall it was a great interview process with feedback provided much quicker than expected and the entire process wrapped up in under 2 weeks.
