Very impersonal interviewing process. I was initially contacted by email and was requested to completed a one-way digital interview. Interviewing should be a two way street. It is just as important for a candidate to ask questions as it is for the company to ask questions. Also, it is impossible to make a meaningful connection without having a two-way conversation.
