I got call from Consultant for interview. Interview schedule for 1 hour but is got over within 35 minutes. Me and interviewer joined prior 5 or 10 mins but he asked me rudely to wait for schedule time then he will start the interview even I told him good morning he didn't replied on that. He just ignored me. There were no hr present in call no recording so that any one can validate whether he took proper interview or not. I answered all questions whatever he asked. he given me some code snippet there I took few mins but I completed that but he was less intrested to see my answere so again he gave me one coding question that also I solved and at the end when I asked for my improvement area he simply told me no I am fine with you. But at the end he told me you have to enhance your analytical skill as well as your code performance even though my Code complexity has O(1). Later I try to find with less complexity but chatgpt also suggested me same answere. The interviewer was not interested to take interview just after asking every question he went for mute. The worst experience I had with Volkswagen in my entire career. Don't waste your time by giving interview here. If you are not intrested to take interview don't waste time of candidates. I can even mention that guy name who interviewed me but that will hamper his career. But I would request company if company is not aware of it please keep your eye on interviewer also.
