(1) Common interview questions; (2) Prepared a presentation on a scientific topic in advance; made the presentation during the interview and be prepared to answer questions; (3) Had an online listening and writing test based on pre-recorded conversations with customers.

There were two stages in the interview process. The first stage consisted of general questions about my background. The second stage involved a conversation with both a programmer and an HR representative, who asked questions such as why I wanted to work for the company and about my previous work experience. There was also a telephone recording test, in which I had to summarise what I heard. Overall, the interviews were pleasant and professional. HR acknowledged my performance, but the competition was quite strong, and I didn’t receive an offer.
