-Test (includes all behavioral questions where you will be given 30 second time to think about the answer and then you have to record your answer). This test will be conducted over Talview. You can take a practice test too before going for final test.

Case based questions:-
1. If any customer gives you lowest rating while you gave them the best service in all aspects. Then what would you do as it's the key parameters for performance evaluation?
2. If any customer made a complaint to you through mail about other department person. Then how would you respond to his mail?
