It was a very different experience for me. A group interview was held with 4 other candidates. They played a strategy game with VR glasses. Afterwards, they gave him a random topic and took him to another room to think for 15 minutes. They asked me to make a 10-minute presentation on that subject.

They asked me what was my motivation for the topic I was presenting on.
The interview process was clear and straightforward. The first two stages involved online assessments: one was a pattern test, and the other was an English video interview. In the next stage, we were invited to the office, where we played a team-based game on PlayStation with four other candidates. Afterward, we were asked to give a presentation in English on a case study that was provided to us. Following that, the final stage consisted of an interview with the director. The process was transparent and went smoothly.

What was a crisis you encountered during the team project, and how did you handle it?
A series of questions were answered in a video interview format. Questions were not technical. They were questions to get to know me personally. No need to stress over it.

Can you tell us about a challenge you encountered in a situation that required teamwork and how you solved it?
They have a personality test, then a test where you have to choose which circles should be red based on the previous ones and then a video interview. I got eliminated so I don’t know further
