Video interview followed by assessment centre. Video interview involved 3 questions with 1 minute to prepare and a 3 minute time limit on answers. Assessment centre had 3 separate interviews, a podcast interview, an interview about a case study, and a personality interview.

Do not worry about technical experience, but rather your interpersonal skills and innovative skills
They asked many questions about how I acted in group and leadership experiences, so have examples ready!
They seemed very friendly and encouraging, but I did not get the role, so don't let this fool you.
