The interview was online with a prerecorded question that a candidate should answer after listening to the question. The candidate will have about 2 minutes to prepare an answer for each question. After answering these questions, the candidate will be required to complete an online assessment that consists of IQ exam-style questions, e.g., pattern recognition, and mathematical reasoning.
