Was introduced by a recruiter.
1 After the initial telephone interview I was asked to prepare a presentation about the changing role of Project / Program Management in fast moving, commercial business such as Vodafone.
2 Subsequently I was invited to attend a group interview, present, and attend a panel interview at Vodafone's HQ. This lasted for about 4 hours.
3 The next (third) interview was at HQ again, with an interviewer who indicated that they had a special (program management) role that would make full use of my extensive project management background and language skills.
4 Then I was invited to HQ again and talked with a peer / Program Manager. Questions were scenario based, i.e. what would you do in such and such a situation, how did you handle failure?
5 The last interview at HQ was with a contractor, who was blunt about the fact that he did not know what role this interview was about, and that to his knowledge there was no 'special role' in the department in question.
When I enquired I was told by a Vodafone HR rep that everything was very positive and that they would get back to me via the recruiter within three days.
Seen that I did not get any feedback I called my recruiter, who chased Vodafone up, and a few days later I got a 'thank you but no' standard email. I asked for feedback, which neither my recruiter nor I received. Seen that I worked outside the UK at the time, each time I went to HQ I had to take days off and cover my flights and expenses, so I would have at least expected the courtesy of an answer with constructive feedback by Vodafone.

nothing particularly out of the ordinary. Questions were predominantly behavioural and scenario based. At the group interview we had to either lobby for leadership or elect a leader, and the Vodafone panel (HR included) observed the group dynamics. I did actually enjoy that particular experience.

Interview was 4 rounds, enjoyable very much with the different interviewers. Had a homework after the 1st round, then 2 more rounds with hr and business partners. The questions were fair and the interviews were very knowledgable
