The process began with an online pre-recorded interview and I moved to the next stage, which was an interview with the country's HR. The process was faster than I expected and all Vodafone employees who contacted me were friendly and supportive.

Wahnsinnig unwertschätzender Bewerbungsprozess. Sehr aufwendige Prozessschritte inkl. Bewerbungsvideo und Online-Test, ewig keine Rückmeldung erhalten, Ankündigung des AC-Tages, keine Info bekommen bis zum Tag des ACs, drei Wochen später eine Standardabsage...

Entrevista
The process started with a CV submission (they use robos to analyse the keywords), and was followed by an online interview. The interview is robotic, i.e. it's not live but it feels like it. You have 6 situational questions where you have 3 minutes to think about the answer and 1:30 minute to answer. Then if you pass you have 3 more personal interviews.
