There was ASM of Vodafone Branch Office of Kanpur.. His name was Mr.Surya Agnihotri.. he is asking about my self.. my name.. my qualifications, Then my CV, then I m telling him about myself..
There were 3-4 round. Where in they check practical knowledge regarding Excel and general knowledge.
They also check regarding overall management view like leadership and all. They check your knowledge regarding KPI and TAT and how you manage your task.
