Assessment centre included group exercise, an individual presentation on a technology that Vodafone should invest in, and a competency-based interview, a tour of the Vodafone campus

First you do the online application, then the video interview. Make sure you are well prepared for this step, then its the online assessment which was split into three parts. It was a virtual assessment centre that lasted the whole day.
