I applied online at the Vodafone Career page. First, I had to register myself. and made the application. After a few days, I received a phone call from a recruiter with several questions about personal skills, experiences and personality. One day later, I received again a call from the same recruiter asking again about my minimum AND maximum salary imagination. We were not able to reach an agreement because sherefused to provide me information about the salary that Vodafone could offer . At that point, the communication was terminated.

I’d been invited for a video interview where I had to record myself and answer few basic HR questions. Following that, I was invited to a face to face interview where I was told that the only stage left is an excel task that’ll measure my skills. I got a response fairly quickly however, instead of doing what they said they will, I was invited for another interview with a “business partner” who asked the same questions as they were in the previous interview. After this I was advised that they’ll get back to me before Christmas “because it’s good to know what to expect”. I received the excel task with and email that confirmed I have 24 hours to complete it. Moments after the email I received a phone call confirming I only have 2 hours. Once I completed it, they’ve come back to me saying that I actually could’ve worked 24 hours on it. I didn’t get a answer before Christmas so I contacted them in the beginning of January. They said everyone is on holiday so I waited and contacted them again in February. I had no response to my last email. It’s been 6 months so far. I hope they read this and realise how amateur, ridiculous and unprofessional they are.
