First of all there was an assessment at the University, as the company was a partner of the campus, where all the people selected past the CV screening were given an SHL test, to look for basic numerical and analytical competences. After that there was a phone interview to confirm the interest and then a 1:1 interview with the line managers.

Didn’t make it past the cognitive assessment was 5 sections in total lots of fill in the gap patter recognition. If you have experience with this format you will do fine.
Was very bad. The manager was hilarious….Hope that they will improve a lot the process of hiring. I had a phone interview with the HR person and was a good conversation but in the second call with the manager was something very strange in her attitude
It felt unprofessional. They didn't prepare with questions for the interview. Tips for HR: stop rolling your eyes when you are in a call with a candidate, also read something related to the job technical aspects if you are planning to stay in the call. maybe you won't be bored anymore if doing so. :)
