Quick telephone interview with a recruitment trainee about experiences and previous jobs. There was a quick test on my English knowledge. Then 1 hour interview scheduled with hiring manager. The hiring manager was nice and she cached me up in time. I've got a glass of water and she was friendly. She was managing the interview alone and gave a very detailed description about the company, benefits, teams and the position.

Entrevista
2 stage interview. One with the recruitment company and one with the Vodafone HR Team member. The first was screening and the second was more customer service dedicated. They also checked my excel knowledge with a small test.

After applying there comes a 3 round interview process: check-in round, video interview with predefined questions, real life round. Real life round is with the operative leader, the leader and the recruiter.

I had phone screening, than 2 round of interviews first with recruiter, than with hiring manager, plus numerical test - very positive experience, as the atmosphere was nice, interviewers were professionals
