Applied online, a couple of days later got an over the phone interview and then was invited to the Newark office for a full interview. It was in three parts, the first part was just your standard proficiency questions, the second was a role play session with an angry customer and the third part was with fellow interviewees role playing ways to improve customer service for a fictitious company to demonstrate teamwork.
We was informed that we would be told of the outcome the day after if we was successful or not and was supposed to have been given feedback. It has now been a month and I have heard nothing with no real way of contacting anyone for any information. I'm assuming I was not successful but feedback would have been appreciated and not silence. Overall, not a good experience and would have expected better from such a big company.
